There is a beautiful, cloudless, blue sky here in Bury St Edmunds as I write this morning. Not even an aircraft vapour or indeed any other trail to blemish this magnificent canvas. It lifts the Heart and I am most thankful for these moments.
The forces of the Human Heart are truly wonderful, so beautiful and our greatest gifts, both in its receiving and giving. With a clear Heart we can experience Love and Wisdom and at the same time share them with others, and indeed with all life and existence. In these times of the Bewilderment it is our pathway to a joyful freedom.
The forces of love seeking to pour through the Heart are not some floppy, weak dribble. They are supremely powerful, healing and transformative.
The forces of the Human Heart expand our awareness, enable us to be more conscious and know the essential unity of everything. Through the Heart we become more compassionately powerful. We realise that through us, wonderful things become possible.
We learn to value and respect the world around us – including each other – and we discover that we can communicate with everything and unfold a harmony that we had hitherto not dared to dream of.
We can heal ourselves and our world.
So I am talking to my beautiful blue sky. I am thankful for it. I value it. I love it.
I encourage you to clear your Heart through forgiveness, letting go, blessing and thanksgiving so you can discover just how wonderful it is.
Value everything. Become a true lover of life and watch the world change around you. Give time to thinking lovingly of everyone and all things, even those you don’t especially like.
And recognise your connection to everything from the earth to the stars.
Then you will realise you are even more beautiful than you imagined.

Hear what Chopin really intended.” Angela has endured years of disgraceful “music establishment” opposition as she dared to challenge the status quo and their fixed opinions. Her playing is also wonderful to hear.
